Fieldwork Future is owned and managed by Bronagh O’ Connell who has over 20 year’s market research fieldwork experience. She is responsible for driving the business and oversees all aspects of the company. Prior to setting up her own fieldwork agency in Dublin, Bronagh worked in various research organisations in Dublin and London. Roles held were: – Field Manager, Project Manager, Telephone Manager and Field Director. She has experience in managing small and large quantitative and qualitative projects using various fieldwork methodologies and interviewing systems.

During her career she completed the Marketing Institute of Ireland Graduateship (MMII) and the MRS Professional Development Programme (MMRS). She recently completed the MII/DIT Certificate in GDPR for Marketeers in June 2018.

Her vast experience allows her to work with clients to achieve the best fieldwork outcome for each project commissioned. She can assist with fieldwork methodology, questionnaire design and budgets where required. She is confident at understanding the reason behind the research, questioning specs with clients and adjusting fieldwork in progress to ensure quality respondents/data collection.
She is a member of MRS, AQR and MII.
